“..…we’ll help you grow”

Reilly People is a firm of permanent recruiters servicing the media, advertising, conferencing and data analytics sectors from offices near London Bridge. Established in 1993, we recruit at all levels from senior board appointments through all mid-level positions to graduate career-starters.

We offer Candidates access to a range of opportunities with top employers that are never advertised, either for long term career development or short term interim and temporary benefit.

We also give detailed information on opportunities to help you meet suitable employers before applying, and assist you in presenting yourself clearly in the application process.

Our Clients

Our clients are global, national and local media-owners (broadcast; digital; Out-of-Home and cinema); media buying and advertising agencies; client-side marketing departments; market research and data analytics/research companies, as well as conference and exhibition organisers.

Roles

We recruit for most roles in our sectors, from all sales positions including sponsorship and promotions; all the functions in the media planning and buying process; quantitative analysis/research; conference producing; editorial; design; and print and advertising production. We also take instructions for administrative and support vacancies for positions related to these functions.

Regions

We operate both nationally and internationally and have significant experience in filling roles outside the UK.

Our Approach

‘Treat others as you would like to be treated’ is a something we try to remember so our first approach to Candidates is to listen. We need to find out what you want before we can help you find it.

If your skills and motivations don’t match our Clients’ needs we’ll do our best to point you in the appropriate direction. If they do, we’ll give you a significant and helpful amount of background on our Client companies and their opportunities to help you make the right choice before deciding to go forward; information you’d never get from an advertisement.

Once you’ve decided to apply for one of our vacancies we’ll help point you in the right direction in your preparation to meet one of our clients. We’ll also give you an interview structure to help you communicate clearly and be active, rather than passive in the meeting. You’ll get the benefit of collectively, more than fifty years experience of job applications to aid you.

We prefer the term ‘meeting’ rather than ‘interview’ as we want to encourage a less re-active approach and allow the employer to see you ‘come-forward’ and demonstrate your skills and motivation for the company and the role.

Vacancy Supply

Because our Clients are mainly large, well established and often international businesses, we can inform you of many exciting, varied and well rewarded positions with some of the best employers in their field. Many of these vacancies will be unadvertised. We deal with very successful smaller business too, and we make sure all offer good basic salaries, a quality working environment and opportunities for growth.

We don’t advertise all our vacancies but typically we will list almost one hundred jobs on our web site. So the choice is significant.

We want to encourage you to only go forward for vacancies appropriate for you so in the unlikely event that we haven’t got what you’re looking for today but feel you could be a match in the future, we’ll keep you informed as suitable opportunities arise.

Systems

Through our specialist, recruitment-industry software, we can search for suitable vacancies by ninety-two individual skills. So when a new opportunity arises and we initiate a search of our register, if your details match, you can be confident that there is a prima facie compatibility between you and the employer so your energy isn’t spent chasing lost causes.

No charge!

Our service is totally free to candidates so even if you don’t find a position through Reilly People you ought to come away with a more information of the current job market and a better knowledge of how to market yourself to employers.
