John Reilly
I started Reilly People (initially called Reilly Recruitment) in 1993 after leaving Kiss FM Radio (London) as its Head of Advertising Sales. Previously I had sold radio airtime for Capital Radio (London) and LBC and bought media in an advertising agency. I've always enjoyed helping people develop their careers and I'm pleased with what we've achieved in developing Reilly People over twelve years, and want to continue giving the market the best service we can. When I'm not working I'm usually with my three small children (totally exhausting!) and I like yoga and watching Blues bands. Before recruitment I was a media sales exec at Dennis Publishing. My recruitment career began in 1995 at a leading office support consultancy, where I eventually headed the New Business Division. I then moved to the Staffwise Group in 1997 as Deputy Manager for their London Branch and two years later I launched a sales and media subsidiary for them. In 2002 I joined Reilly People being an ex candidate myself, and appreciating the Reilly method.
