Are you a people person who always gives 110% and a graduate capable of working both on your own and as part of a team? If so, don't send me your cliche-ridden CV. I'm not interested in candidates who've swallowed whole the misplaced propaganda of careers advisers and can't think or write for themselves.
I want sharp people eager for a starting salary of up to £28k + profit-share, interested in business and not afraid to take responsibility from the off; people with evidence of entrepreneurialism as well as a good degree. I'm looking for trainee conference producers for a market-leader. They research market sectors to discover potentially profitable business conference topics, then write the conference content and recruit industry-leading speakers. The job can involve extensive foreign travel, profit-share potentially increasing your first-year earning to over £30k and the opportunity to take a project from start to finish.
In short, we're looking for risk-takers wanting a business career. Graduates with evidence of entrepreneurialism. If you think you are one such, write me a concise (not long!) and convincing note accompanying your CV (sans hackneyed generalisations of course) telling me of the risks you've taken in your life and why you'd be successful in business.
