After training, you would be researching the potential for new conferences and defining the agenda, the intellectual content of an event and recruiting the speakers. The role is not about event logistics; organising catering or staging etc. You would be the person defining the topic and framing the content, picking and recruiting the speakers not taste-testing the canapés.

The requirements for entry are any fluent Spanish, a good degree (or equivalent achievement), research ability to unearth potential conference topics, persuasive skills to recruit high-level speakers and ideally some evidence of entrepreneurialism so we know you're business minded and imaginative.
