Description
Do you have at least two years B2B Event Sales experience and a good academic record?  A 30 year established global B2B conference business is looking to add a Sponsorship lead on one of its industry-leading conference, webinar and training course portfolios. With big plans for future growth in the domestic market and internationally, this company is an excellent and exciting place for someone to progress their career. 
 
Event Sponsorship Sales - Role and responsibility:
 
Sponsorship lead for the portfolio, working with the Commercial Director and Head of the Event
Handling inbound enquiries and prospecting, qualifying and preparing new business proposals
Preparing email marketing copy; follow-up calls; Zoom meetings
Work closely with other teams across the company
 
Event Sponsorship Sales – Benefits:
 
  • £30 - £35,000 basic salary dep on exp plus excellent unlimited commission structure. Typically, the sponsorship team double their salary with OTE.

Event Sponsorship Sales – Requirements:
 
  • A record of success in B2B sales (numeric detail required here), gained within conference sponsorship, delegate sales or similar
  • A 2:1 degree from a Russell Group university with minimum BBB ‘A’ Levels
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with tenacity and determination
  • Ability to build trust and able to sell in an open and honest manner
  • An effective time manager ideally with Salesforce experience
