The Role - Business Development Manager

Reporting to the Advertising Sales Manager and working as part of an award winning sales team, youll have the passion to source, win and develop new business on the phone and face to face.

This is a demanding but rewarding position and involves a consultative sales approach selling innovative advertising solutions to core clients, such as banks, corporates, software companies etc that are not currently advertising with my client.

To succeed in this role you must be prepared for extensive international travel to visit clients and to represent my client at exhibitions.

Candidate Experience Required

Experience and attributes

Essential

- Highly self-motivated, organised, good time management skills

- Proven track record of direct sales in a B2B environment

- Experience of winning new business in global markets

- Used to working to a structured sales process within a target driven environment

- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business
- Good levels of IT literacy are expected
