
We are currently looking for a highly motivated sales manager to lead the sales team and strategy on one of our award winning online products.
Key accountabilities/responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team of five based across the country. - Build strong relationships with key clients and industry bodies and deliver to personal sales targets - Set and ensure that the sales team exceeds sales objectives - Drive revenue growth and profitability in line with strategy - Play a key role in product innovation and ownership of projects which will grow our business - Develop and coach the sales team to high performance, and deal with performance management issues - Accurate budgeting and forecasting for sales revenue and costs. -Devising and implementing commission schemes. -Structuring administrative processes and systems. -Devising and implementing customer service initiatives. - Create a motivated and winning team environment
Preferable background:
- Management and senior field sales experience - Demonstrable track record of people management within a field sales environment. - A proven track record of sales success from both a personal sales track record and that of a successful team. - Strong commercial acumen. - You will be very people orientated with excellent communication and relationship building skills, demonstrable negotiating skills and the ability to build strong working relationships. - The successful candidate will have a real passion for the product and through this passion drive sales and maximise revenue. - This person will also have experience of bringing digital product innovations to market and driving their growth.
