- Description
Is your numeracy above average but you've decided against Accountancy or working in a Bank? Would an Insight role in the dynamic Media industry with lots of international travel interest you? Our client is a global business-intelligence company specialising in media analytics. A leader in the field, its clients are the world's biggest advertisers; global brands that spend multi-millions on TV advertising every month. The service provided is a full and comprehensive post-campaign quantitative analysis of its client brand's TV advertising to establish the accuracy of its targeting and whether it was planned and bought to achieve best value.
After full training, your role would eventually see you running these analyses, presenting your findings to the advertiser and recommending improvements. This is a business that grows in almost any financial climate and offers great development opportunity. You'll be making contact with the marketing departments of the world's top brands and their media agencies and learning how to accurately glean insight from large data sets, giving you valuable skills in an increasingly data-driven world.
Apart from a good degree, you must be have very good numeracy, demonstrated by good 'A' level grades in maths and/or a numerically disciplined subject ideally with good data-management and Excel skills. As this company describes itself as a media company in the field of analytics rather than an analytics company in the field of media, you must be able to demonstrate an interest in the world of media, particularly TV advertising.
So, if you're numerate, interested in TV advertising and keen on a career in analytics and Insight, forward your CV (in Word not pdf) now!
