- Description
My client is a world leader in Business Conferences and is now to recruit a Delegate Sales Executive who will join the head office in London. The role is phone based and you will be selling to an international and diverse group of C-level executives across various markets i.e. Transportation, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences.
The products can be very complex so we're looking for someone both intelligent and commercially aware. It's very important that you're comfortable on the phone as you must explain the product to customers in a confident and clear manner.
We're looking for:
- A 2.1 or above in a real subject from a real university, with ideally at least 6 months in a phone-based role.
- A good cultural fit with the team, which consists of 8 very outgoing and sociable executives from various backgrounds, all working closely together
The starting salary is £24k with OTE of £35k. Commission is a standard 3%, rising to 5% after achieving a threshold. This is paid each month in arrears.
Training runs twice a week.
