One of the UK's most trusted membership organisations is looking to hire an experienced Partnerships Manager to manage its commercial partnership arrangements and budgets, focusing on strategy, retention and account management.
Commercial Partnerships Manager - Duties
- To manage existing Commercial Partner schemes and to support the sales team in the ongoing recruitment of new Partners, negotiating and managing commercial contracts with the legal team.
- To implement a new Partner strategy and to work with the Head of Events and Business Development to develop other commercial partnership opportunities.
- To actively retain current Partners and ensure ongoing revenue growth and development.
- To manage the relationship with the Association's magazine
- To oversee the budget and renewals process for Partners working with the Accounts teams and the Partnerships Executive.
Commercial Partnerships Manager - Skills and experience required:
- At least two years experience of designing partnership/sponsorship packages in a similar account/relationship management role.
- Experience of project management and working with targets, and able to strategically plan and prioritise a programme of engagement with senior stakeholders
- Degree level educated (preferred)
- Experience in budget management; marketing campaigns; market research processes and analysis, and use of CRM systems.
- A tactful, considered, and professional approach with strong presentational and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
