- An innovative, award-winning insight provider is looking to grow by hiring an experienced research-industry Panel Manager. This international business, serving the entertainment industry currently works with local panel agencies and a contract panel manager and now wants to bring the operation in house with a dedicated Panel Manager looking to expand their experience and take on a new and exciting global challenge.
Panel Manager - Role
- Creating, maintaining and growing a unique panel from the ground up by working with global panel recruitment agencies
- Manage the panel to meet the changing needs of the organisation
- Initially use external agencies to recruit panels in each of the target countries while working with existing panel partners to ensure data collection goes as smooth as possible
- Explore panel management software and make recommendations to the management team.
- After setting up the company’s own panel, recruit a team and move the operation in-house.
- Take responsibility for the whole process of managing and keeping the panel relevant and representative as well as ensuring smooth monthly data collection.
Panel Manager Role – Requirements
We are looking for someone with substantial experience of growing and running a research panel along in a market research environment and a good working knowledge of market research methodologies.
We need:
- At least three years experience of using panel management software to build, grow and maintain a research panel, updating member profiles, removing inactive accounts and running security checks to eliminate fraud and duplicates.
- Experience using tools such as Qualtrics, QuestionPro, Surveymonkey, Alchemer etc. The role will require understanding of available question types, routing and logic to script and update basic surveys as required.
- Experience monitoring panel engagement, minimising churn and identifying the need to source additional sample.
- Experience of managing relationships with international sample vendors.
- Experience of writing briefs and selecting contractors.
- Experience of managing budgets
