Description

A growing, award-winning Loyalty Insights Agency; one of the largest of its type in the UK, is looking for a New Business Director responsible for the end-to-end process of bringing new clients and brands to the business. Ideally, we're looking for experience selling Research services or Loyalty programmes in an Agency.

The New Business Director role is:

  • Managing all parts of the new business process (for new clients) including hitting personal new sales targets
  • Writing engaging proposals; setting up meetings and pitching confident and knowledgeable presentations
  • Building commercially successful relationships with prospects resulting from confident and productive lead generation
  • Leading ideas and development for new sales ideas, products and services to increase revenue growth and build profile of the company.

New Business Director - Person Specification

  • Minimum 4 years commercial/new business experience in a research agency or closely associated sector.
  • Degree, ideally within a business or related subject.
  • Knowledge of different research methodologies and solutions.
  • Strategically and commercially focussed, driven by developing strong relationships with new prospects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong commercial relationships very quickly
