- An award-winning market leader in promotional marketing and logistics is looking for a strategic Commercial Director to develop new business opportunities with promotional agencies and clients-direct. This is a key leadership role working with global brands and we’re looking for ideally sales experience in logistics; promotional marketing; print process or a similar support service industry.
Commercial Director role:
- Devising a clear and effective sales and marketing strategy to win new business
- Developing existing business ensuring account profitability and client satisfaction
- Devising solutions to client briefs and generating competitive quotations
- Negotiating and maintaining client contracts and SLAs
- Nurturing and co-ordinating staff performance
Commercial Director requirements:
- A successful sales track record of winning and developing new business, ideally in Promotional Marketing; Business Process Outsourcing (BPO); Handling and Fulfilment; Print Process or a similar support service industry
- Good level of numeracy
- Passionate about maintaining excellent client relationships
- A skilled communicator both internally and externally
- IT fluency including Excel
