Description
An international, ambitious and highly resourced DOOH media owner is looking to add an experienced Out-of-Home media-agency salesperson as a Business Development Director with enthusiasm for new business to its expanding team. Home Home

Business Development Director - role:

  • Proactive sales pitches to clients and Agencies across all Specialist groups
  • Attend sales meetings; tour sites; build presentations and write proposals
  • Engage with industry peers socially and keep the product ‘front of mind’
  • Establish relationships with key Senior Agency planners and OOH specialists
  • Supervise and motivate at least one direct report
  • Work with the team to develop a targeted sales strategy using insights and research
  • Work with your peers to create an effective personal development strategy

Business Development Director - benefits:

  • £70-100k Salary depending on experience with 30% OTE, which is uncapped
  • 25 Days annual leave not including bank holidays

Business Development Director - requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years in Sales, with some OOH media experience
  • Self-motivated and proactive; well organised and structured
  • Enjoys working in a small, but growing team
  • Excellent communication skills and competent presenter
  • Lively, fun personality who enjoys the social side of media
  • Flexible with ability to adapt and welcome new challenges
