- An international, ambitious and highly resourced DOOH media owner is looking to add an experienced Out-of-Home media-agency salesperson as a Business Development Director with enthusiasm for new business to its expanding team. Home Home

Business Development Director - role:
- Proactive sales pitches to clients and Agencies across all Specialist groups
- Attend sales meetings; tour sites; build presentations and write proposals
- Engage with industry peers socially and keep the product ‘front of mind’
- Establish relationships with key Senior Agency planners and OOH specialists
- Supervise and motivate at least one direct report
- Work with the team to develop a targeted sales strategy using insights and research
- Work with your peers to create an effective personal development strategy
Business Development Director - benefits:
- £70-100k Salary depending on experience with 30% OTE, which is uncapped

Business Development Director - requirements:
- Minimum 6 years in Sales, with some OOH media experience
- Self-motivated and proactive; well organised and structured
- Enjoys working in a small, but growing team
- Excellent communication skills and competent presenter
- Lively, fun personality who enjoys the social side of media
- Flexible with ability to adapt and welcome new challenges
